The Australian Society of Baking is proud to announce this year’s National Conference is being held at Pyrmont NSW on Wednesday, 18th May. An optional Industry Tour is also being held for the following day, Thursday, 19th May.

The Industry Study Tour

Our Industry tours are proving very popular. Seats are limited for this Tour so you will need to register quickly to secure a place on this tour. The first stop will be to view the AEGIC LA Judge contestants presentations.

Conference Special Needs /Dietary Requirements

Special Needs

Every effort will be made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include a notation on your registration form.

Refunds and Cancellations

Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a registration must be notified in writing to the Secretariat at the below address. Cancellations prior to 7th May 2016 will receive a full refund less $60.00 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellations after 7th May 2016.

All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.


The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the symposium where such cancellation is due to force majeure.

The term ‘force majeure’ means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers.
