An optional Industry tour is also being organised for the day before, Tuesday, May 6.

Industry Study Tour
Our Industry tours are proving very popular. Seats are limited for this tour so you will need to register quickly to secure a place on this tour.
The tour will leave the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise at 8am on the 6th May and while the final agenda is still being finalised the tour will visit many business of interest from small boutique bakeries, training facilities and manufacturers in and around Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Once again, a respected and exciting group of presenters have been selected to address this conference.

Shar operated the largest group of Five Star Spas in Thailand, with 540 staff, before opening her own branded Five Star property in the desert of Abu Dhabi.
Shar will share her secrets with us at the conference on “How to go from Broke to BMW, in 18 months!”
The 2013 winner of the Arthur E Denison scholarship will not be able to attend this conference but will be putting together a comprehensive presentation on his trip to Europain, Callebaut Chocolate, LeSaffe and other places of interest.
This presentation will be presented by Janet Blythman.
Affectionately known as Uncle Jim, will be flying over from the United States to present on Steel Oven Bands, their application and Continuous Baking.
Owner Director, Uncle Bob’s Bakery Brett Noy will be sharing his experiences of competing at this international championship level.
