The Australian Society of Baking is proud to announce this year’s National Conference is being held in Melbourne on October 29, 2014. An optional Industry tour is also being organised for the day before, Tuesday, Oct 28

Industry Study Tour

On Tuesday 28th October the ASB Industry Tour will depart from Bayview Eden Hotel at 8:30 am and travel to various baking businesses. It may include Airport pick up for interstate participants and visit to Artisan bakeries and patisseries as well as state of the art ingredient manufacturers and medium to large baking businesses.

While you may not have heard of some of these bakeries they represent the finest Melbourne have to offer.
